China wins by default, just count the numbers. The parasite devours the host, led by the unholy triad of Capitalist investment, Confucianist obedience, and Communist totalitarianism, the 3 C’s all spell “control”: see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. Don’t do unto others what you don’t want them to do to you. Move backward into the future. After you cross the street, don’t forget to look both ways and see what might have happened if you’d stopped to think about it. But you can’t have it both ways. The choice is ours: a kinder gentler slower world or a reckless smelly consumptive one. Growing pains are hard for a citified world age 5000. Our ancestors missed their cows when they left the farm. We might have to miss our cars when we leave the city to the archeologists of another generation.

COMMUNISM DU JOUR DE RIGEUR
Posted by hkarges on April 17, 2008
Communism did for measures what Napoleon did for measurement. Hamburgers are weighed and measured in Romania, to prevent hamburger corruption, I assume. An iron curtain hides nothing. We all know what you were doing back there, getting shit-faced drunk and acting Chinese, pretending you’d wait out the tides of history to catch a wave into the White House. You don’t become Chinese by reading a book. You gotta’ be born there. Communism is a perversion of Nature everywhere but China, where it’s the nature of perversion. Slavs are still Europeans even if they were slaves and serfs and slow to leave the farm. It’s as if the Lord said “Go forth and divide”, and the rest is history, roads leading to nowhere, and reasons to follow them to their logical conclusions. The urge to merge occurs only in sex and religion. To perceive divisions in the world is human; to perceive unity takes a mystic.

China

China is a mother, steamed buns in the back seat of my car. The women smile just enough to make life interesting. The men stop smoking just long enough to spit. China wins by force of numbers, pregnant belly extending into the South China Sea. Civilization wins by force of cities, the cell block organization, the weight of steel and concrete and will to conquer destroys everything but itself if it’s lucky. The weakest people make the strongest nations, bound together like sticky rice, white sugar crystals incapable of independent existence. They cling together for strength. They fall apart over money.
